Plant greenery in a lidded terrarium

Tuesday, January 9, 2018
7:00 – 9:00PM

How it works:

Learn how to make a closed terrarium that creates its own ecosystem. First, you will be picking out three leafy plants – think mini ferns, ivy and house plants. Then, you will learn about the ingredients that make up your terrarium, and how to layer in materials and plants. Next, you are going to add character and charm by decorating fun items and trinkets and incorporating them into your terrarium.

What’s included:

We provide everything you need, jumbo mason jar containers, planting soils, plants, decorative trinkets and easy to follow instructions are included.

Bring some small personal trinkets, miniatures, or fairy garden items to incorporate into your terrarium if you’d like to take the personalization even farther. If you have your own container that you would like to use instead of the Mason jar we provide you are welcome to bring it along.
