Create a bottle opener using reclaimed wood and rustic hardware.
Tuesday, May 9, 2017
7:00 – 9:00PM
How it works:
You’ll pick out your piece of reclaimed wood that will be used as your base. Our reclaimed wood pieces are thick and have character in the grain and the wear that’s accumulated from its past life. Then, get inspired by one of the many design templates we provide or use your own creative juices to design your art. You’ll then paint your opener using acrylic paints. Finally, you will finish the project by attaching rustic bottle opener hardware.
We provide all the project materials including the reclaimed wood, bottle opener, acrylic paints, beer-inspired design ideas and easy to follow instructions.
Paint may damage clothing. Dress in something appropriate for crafting.
Event takes place at The BeerHive in the Strip District. The BeerHive offers food and drink specials on the night of this event: Tuesday is Wine Night. Pop Craft is at the BeerHive on the second Tuesday of every month.
